FAQ’S

You can cancel your party booking at any time. However, please note that 50% of your deposit is non-refundable regardless of how much notice is given.

To cancel your booking, please email us at Raesislandoffice@gmail.com and include your full name, booking reference, and the date of your reservation.

To help keep everyone safe and comfortable, we kindly ask that you stay home if you or your child are feeling unwell.

We have a strict no-shoes policy for both children and adults. Socks must be worn at all times.

Only food and drinks purchased from our café may be consumed on site, with the exception of baby food. Please note that management reserves the right to ask you to dispose of any outside food or drink.

All children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please note that we do not currently offer babysitting services.

Our space and play equipment are designed for children up to six years old. Older children are welcome to attend, but they will not be permitted to use the play equipment, as it may pose a risk to themselves and younger children.
