Rules Of Play
At Rae's Island, the safety and enjoyment of all our guests are our top priorities. To ensure a secure and pleasant environment, we kindly ask all visitors to adhere to the following rules of play:
Parental Supervision
Stay On-Site: Parents or guardians must remain on the premises at all times during their child's visit.
Active Supervision: Continuously monitor your child to ensure they are using the equipment safely and appropriately.
Behavioural Responsibility: Parents or guardians are accountable for their child's behaviour. If a child is being disruptive or poses a risk to others, staff may request that the child be removed from the play area.
General Guidelines
Supervision Requirement: Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult. Rae's Island staff are not responsible for supervising children.
Restroom Use: Children should be accompanied by an adult when using the restroom. Please ensure facilities are left clean for the next user.
Footwear: Both children and adults are required to remove shoes and wear clean socks in the play areas. If you forget to bring socks, they are available for purchase at reception.
Session Duration: Play sessions are 90 minutes long. Please be mindful of your session's end time to allow staff to prepare for the next group.
Age-Appropriate Play: Ensure your child plays in areas designated for their age group to maintain safety for all participants.
Clothing: Children should wear appropriate clothing. Items with loose strings, scarves, or necklaces are discouraged as they can pose safety hazards.
Prohibited Items: Sharp objects are not allowed in the play areas.
Food and Drink: Consumption of food and beverages is restricted to designated areas. No food or drinks are permitted within the play zones.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.
Accidents: Report any accidents or injuries to a staff member immediately so they can be documented and addressed appropriately.
Outside Food: To maintain health and safety standards, only food purchased at Rae's Island may be consumed on-site, with the exception of baby food.
Ball Pit Safety: Children should not dive or jump into the ball pit to prevent injuries.
Age Limit: The play areas are designed for children up to the age of 5. Older children are welcome to accompany younger siblings but should refrain from using the play equipment to ensure the safety of younger guests.
By following these guidelines, we can ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone at Rae's Island. Thank you for your cooperation.
